The service Bill Martin originally suggested is very affordable and it only requires quarterly visits (4 times a year). Whenever we have had extraordinary conditions, for example "ants", I just have to call Bill Martin, and he always seems eager to come take care of the problem immediately. He has never been rude to me, my wife, my two "squeamish" daughters, or our dog, phoebe. He takes extra care to advise me about anything to do with our pet if there is any need for indoor spraying; which has only been necessary - once; this is what I think is unique about Martin Pest, for our home, it just requires an outside "perimeter" application, and no bugs get past that. If you are using Martin Pest, trust me, if you aren't happy, just call him and be open and honest about your request; he wants the business and he will do anything to make it right.
